An Evening With Romeo Dallaire in Kelowna

He is not a singer. He is not a dancer. Are you wondering who Romeo Dallaire is? He is a true leader in the real sense of the word. He is a retired Lieutenant General who served in the Canadian Armed Services for 35 years. He also has a book titled "Shake Hands With The Devil – the failure of humanity in Rwanda" to his credit which is a stirring account of his experience as the Force Commander of the United Nations Assistance Mission to Rwanda. His book exposes the failures of the international community to stop the worst genocide in the 20th century.

Although General Romeo Dallaire is now settled in Quebec city, he was born in Denekamp, Holland. You can enjoy an evening with Romeo Dallaire in Kelowna on Sept 17th at 7 pm. Tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster for $39/person and he will speak at Kelowna Community theatre.
