Arts and Culture in Kelowna

Not everyone knows that Kelowna was named the Cultural Capital of Canada in 2003 by the federal department of Canadian Heritage. Kelowna residents continuously strive to maintain their multicultural identity.

Arts and Culture in the city are being supported by following organisations:

1. Kelowna Community Theatre
2. Kelowna Art Gallery
3. Kelowna Museum
4. Kelowna Arts Foundation
5. Rotary Centre for the Arts
6. Kelowna Library

The enthusiasm of Kelowna residents goes a long way in maintaining and developing the cultural heritage of our city.
