Banff Mountain Film Festival World tour in Kelowna

On Saturday, December 27th 2008 starting 7.00 pm you can be part of some exciting mountain adventure as Banff Mountain festival team will be showcasing some award winning movies in Kelowna at Community Theatre (1375 Water Street). Wondering what to expect?

Every year, the Banff World Tour team chooses about 25 films that feature a range of styles and themes, including climbing, skiing, kayaking, biking, adventure, culture and the environment. When making this selection many factors are considered: comments made by our pre-screening committee, audience reaction to the films shown in Banff, and feedback we've received from the tour audience. The hosts try to choose the films that are best suited for their local audience and event.
