Beyond the Walls by Allison Pickering

Kelowna has a lot of talented artists and one of them is photographer Allison Pickering. Allison will be launching her new book, 'Beyond the Walls' on Dec 12th at the Alternator Gallery for Contemporary Art from 7.00 to 9.00 pm. Her new book has some wonderful pictures and if you love art, am sure you will enjoy ' Beyond the Walls.'

Beyond the Walls lavishly illustrates the interiors and outdoor living spaces of many Ajijic lakeside homes. Handmade elements such as textiles, metalwork, murals, art, sculpture and other ornamentation combine with the lively Mexican colour sense to create warm and enticing places to live.
