Big Bird Fun Fly in Kelowna

Flying a big bird could really be fun. This weekend (August 28th and 29th), The Kelowna Ogopogo Radio Controllers are organzing 2010 Big Bird Fun Fly. Kelowna Ogopogo Radio Controllers is basically a group of airplane, helicopter, and flight enthusiasts of different backgrounds and all ages.They gather at Emeny field in the Black Mountain Area of Kelowna flying various kit built and ready to fly model aircraft.

Big Bird Fun Fly will begin on Saturday at 8.00 am and the event includes no landing fee charge, dry camping, onsite concession, saturday evening supper for $10 per person, come out for pilots draw, 50/50 draws and much more.
