Breakout West 2010

Think about a beautiful weekend in Kelowna with an opportunity to see over 60 bands performing in ten different downtown Kelowna venues! Well, if it sounds interesting then join fellow music lovers from October 21st to 24th 2010 for Breakout West 2010 in Kelowna. Presented in a different Western Canadian city each year, BreakOut West includes a three-day industry conference, a three-night music festival and two awards shows.

Also, for the first time ever, the BreakOut West host committee is organizing a family showcase. Breakout West 2010 family showcase will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 10:30 to 2:30 at the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Some of the highlights of the family showcase include:

Main Stage: Live musical performances featuring children’s performers and other family friendly musicians.

Instrument Petting Zoo and Musical Craft where kids can touch and feel cool instruments and even make their own to take home.
