Cherry Fair in Kelowna

The BC Orchard Industry Museum is organizing its 12th Annual Cherry Fair on Saturday, July 21st, 2007 from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. Initially I thought that it was related to the Cherry Festival to which will be held at the Farmer's Market but after clarification from a friend I realized that it's completely a SEPARATE event.

The Cherry Fair will be held at the Laurel Packinghouse at the corner of Cawston and Ellis St where guests can sample a wide selection of locally grown cherries. Admission is $2/person or $5/family of 4. Also, there will be cherries for sale, a silent auction, fun filled activities for the kids, live entertainment and several other vendors/exhibitors.
