Children's Theatre in Kelowna

The artistic director 'Tracy Ross' has recently launced a new theatre society called "Bumbershoot Theatre" for children in the Okanagan. According to Ross:

There is such potential in our young community, and theatre is an excellent way for them to explore and learn not just about theatre but also about life. This program aims to be a vehicle for them to do just that.

'Bumbershoot Theatre' is part of Kelowna actor's studio and will focus on Children's theatre series, Bumbershoot young performers program (free program for kids aged 7-18), school residency program and educational theatre. There will be auditions for children's series 'Once Upon a Time' from Feb 8-15th at the Kelowna Actors Studio, located at 1379 Ellis Street.
