Drop In Yoga classes by Yoga 4 Life Wellness Yoga

Nothing can be better than feeling good about one's self and I am sure just like me, many of you seek opportunities to improve life. One such business in Kelowna that promotes health is Yoga 4 Life Wellness Yoga.

Yoga4Life offers wellness yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6.00 to 7.30 pm at Rotary Center for the Arts (located on 421 Cawston Ave Kelowna, across from Prospera Place.) Free Parking is available on streets and at the interior health unit parking lot. These classes are for all ages and all levels. You can try a class at drop in rate of $8/person. Punch Passes are also available for $80 ($80 punch pass for 10 classes plus one complimentary class.)
