Golf Courses in Kelowna

Summer has just arrived and its time to shine your Golf Clubs. The beautiful Okanagan summer is perfect for playing Golf and Kelowna has some lovely golf Courses but here are my favourite five.

1. Gallagher's Canyon Golf and Country Club is located on 4320 Gallaghers Drive West. Kelowna,BC, V1W3Z9 . It is one of the most beautiful Golf Courses in Kelowna and I love the serenity of the surroundings while playing Golf here. Also, SCORE magazine has ranked Gallagher's among the best in all of Canada.

2. Shadow Ridge Golf Course located on 3770 Bulman Road is one of the most challenging 18 hole Golf Course in Kelowna.

3. The Harvest Golf Club is spread out over 300 acres on Kelowna's South East Hills. This championship Golf course was designed by Canadian golf course architect, Graham Cooke and is an excellent location for events of any size or just to relax with friends. The Harvest Golf Club has been termed as 'Best Okanagan Golf Course' by the magazine 'Okanagan Life' for about 7 times.

4. Predator Ridge Golf Club is only a few minutes away from Vernon and about 20 minutes from Kelowna. It is located on 301 Village Centre Place. Vernon, BC and the interesting fact is that the Predator Ridge is one of the only two public golf courses in Western Canada to rank in Score Magazine's Canadian Top 25 for the past 8 years.

5. Vintage Hills Golf Club and Academy ( Two Eagles Golf Course) is a combination of a masters course, ponderosa pines overlooking Okanagan Lake and excellent dining at 19 Steakhouse & Lounge.
