Kelowna Garden Tour 2007

Attention Nature Lovers !

The Kelowna Garden Tour is being organised by Urban Gardeners on June 16th 2007 from 9 am to 4pm. The 11th annual Kelowna garden tour will involve visits to 8-10 private gardens in the Kelowna Area. Tickets are priced at $20/ person and can be obtained from Kelowna Garden centers and laughing Moon Gallery.

This year's garden tour has been sponsored by Encore Printing & Copying, Perc’s Place, and the Communities in Bloom and all proceeds from this event will go to the Holding Hands for Hospice campaign.

Central Okanagan's Hospice association is located on 202-1456 , St. Paul Street, Kelowna
Tel: 250.763.5511. This association has served the community for many years and provides services like: Support to individuals who are terminally ill through visitation by providing companionship, bereavement Counseling and adult grief programs.

Also, children's "Good Grief" Camp is offered twice a year (Oct & May) for children ages 7 - 12 on a weekend and encourages them to explore their grief in a healing atmosphere of trust and support.
