Kelowna Total Health Show

If you and your love are health conscious then spend the Valentine's weekend together exploring the 6th annual Kelowna total health show. which will be held in the city on February 13 and 14th 2010.

The Total Health Show is going to be very informative as it will provide new, reliable and practical diet and supplement tips, exercise options and lifestyle ideas that promote healthier living. There's something for everyone between the daily roster of inspiring seminars with Canada's leading health experts. You can spend your day exploring the aisles enjoying an abundance of tasty food, learning about cutting-edge health products, services and fitness techniques, relaxing with a bodywork treatment, shopping with special event pricing and discovering the latest trends.

The Total Health Show will be held at Delta Grand Okanagan Resort & Confernce Centre on Saturday from 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm which means you will still have time to go for that romantic dinner if you want to. The tickets will be available at the door and are priced at: $6-$8/person with children under 12 being free.
