Kenyan street youth bring hope to Kelowna

The Mully Children’s Family Mission Choir arrived in Canada from Kenya on October 16th to begin the Canadian portion of their North American Safari tour. The Mully Children's Family Charitable Foundation (MCFCF) is a registered Canadian charity committed to transforming the lives of orphaned, abandoned and abused children in Africa.

This year marks MCF's 20th anniversary of rescuing abandoned, orphaned and abused children in Kenya. Since 1989, over 5,000 children have been successfully rehabilitated and another 2,000 are currently under MCF's care.

The Kenyan youth part of this choir will perform at schools, churches and events across the country, presenting a dynamic show of traditional African singing, dancing, drumming, acrobatics, and karate demonstrations from their championship team. With a show packed full of African flavoured entertainment and a message of hope and transformation, the youth will engage and uplift audiences across the nation. The two-month tour of MCFCF which kicked off in Ontario will come to Kelowna in December.

    hello

i'm working with children who are living and/or working in the street in my country and i'm writing kind of abstract right now about it.
i'm Googleing for the information about organizations and projects which are related to street children in South Africa (precisely Kenya) but there is a lot of articles and other stuff related to this topic.. so if somebody can help me and direct me i'll be more than grateful, it would be very nice

    thanks
