Parks Alive : Kelowna

Festivals Kelowna has produced a summer entertainment program for local community called " Parks Alive." The basic objective of this program is to deliver quality entertainment, expand family values, foster employment and volunteer opportunities, and encourage greater use of the city’s community parks. Parks Alive program is also aimed at stimulating city's vibrant culture and to let residents take pride in Kelowna's rich culture.

Over 52 events will be organised under this program from June to September in beautiful parks of Kelowna. There's something happening everyday and few of the locations where you can go and enjoy various events, activities and concerts include : Kerry Park, Sarsons Beach, Waterfront Park, Ben Lee Park, City Park, Strathcona, Knox Mountain Park etc.

Most of the events for Park Alive are free but the donations are welcomed and are directed back into the program.
