Shake it up a bit !

Some people still think that K-town is sleepy and there isn't much going on. I want to make everyone aware that this is NOT true and that Kelowna is very fun and happening. For instance this Saturday JUNE 16TH Blackbird and Silverwaters entertainment is presenting the 'Anne Savage' show. Anne Savage is a dance diva and has been active in the dance scene since for many years. She is also a resident female D.J on Ministery of Sound's rapidly growing radio network, playing live every Thursday between 7pm and 9pm, on a popular show 'Dumb Blonde.'

Also, the summer music festival is around the corner starting from August 18th 2007. Check out: Summer Break 2007

Kelowna's night club scene is also sizzling as guest DJs from across the nation join host Toddy Rockwell every 2nd thursday at Higher Ground on 275 Leon Avenue. The Age restriction is 19 and up and the dress code is casual wear. The entry fee is only $5 so every one is invited to join in the fun. For uptodate party information visit: www.toddyrockwell.com
